Edith Tarter

Edith Tarter joined WTWH Media in 2023 as Vice President of Human Resources. With three decades of human resources leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, her approachable leadership style drives innovation, fosters collaboration, and supports employee engagement. Edith’s responsibilities at WTWH Media include overseeing talent acquisition, organizational development, building comprehensive compensation and benefit strategies, and ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic priorities. Prior to her current role, Edith held human resources leadership positions across several industries. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in business management and a Master of Arts degree in HR/OD. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, entertaining friends, and exploring waterfalls in the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains.
