Stephanie Neil is the Vice President and Editorial Director for Controls & Automation within WTWH Media’s Engineering Group. She leads the editorial teams behind the industry’s most respected and time-honored titles, including Control Engineering, Plant Engineering, and Consulting-Specifying Engineer.
Stephanie brings decades of experience in B2B journalism, beginning her career as an IT reporter before specializing in manufacturing and plant floor technology. Her expertise spans the intersection of technology, business operations, and industry trends, making her a trusted voice in the field.
Since joining WTWH Media in 2024, Stephanie has played a pivotal role in expanding the Engineering Group’s product portfolio — helping to launch new brands such as Automated Warehouse and Packaging OEM — while also driving the adoption of innovative editorial strategies that leverage AI, digital storytelling, and data-driven insights.
In her spare time, she is honing her culinary skills and helping out on her daughter’s food truck.
